Each individual may hold only one active pgjl account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.
pgjl does not extend credit to players. All bets are funded from real deposited balances only. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, chargebacks, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. pgjl reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and report suspected fraud to authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pgjl are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts unless otherwise resolved through pgjl's internal complaints process.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by pgjl through the website pgjl.one (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with pgjl's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or conditions applicable to specific games or promotions on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pgjl.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not attempt to register an account or place any bets or wagers.

pgjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.
All transactions on pgjl are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and applicable minimums and maximums.
pgjl does not extend credit of any kind. You may only bet with funds that are available as a positive balance in your pgjl account wallet. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, unless pgjl's compliance team approves an alternative method based on documented circumstances. Processing times vary: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) typically process within 24 hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
pgjl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. Withdrawal requests subject to AML review may be delayed until review is complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pgjl's reasonable control.
pgjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pgjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on pgjl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, and service improvement purposes. pgjl does not sell personal data to third parties.
pgjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of pgjl following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of pgjl that cannot be resolved through pgjl's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
